In order for any trader to have access to the private services of Nepal National Single Window (NNSW), the trader must have an activated account.
Any Trader wishing to have an account with NNSW must:
- Go to User Registration Application Form .
- Fill the Required Forms. A valid EXIM Code is required to proceed with the company registration.
- A valid PAN Number is required to have a user account.
- Upload the required attached documents:
- A copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) Certificate
- A copy of the Company Registration
The Applicant will receive his/her personal NNSW account details by email.
